CLIENT PROBLEM
FBT approached us about 8 weeks prior to the start of their office fitout project. They were in the process of relocating from their current office to a space better suited for their business growth. The property they had selected had an aging office facility that required substantial upgrades and modernization, calling for a comprehensive interior refurbishment.

We conducted multiple site visits, engaging in thorough discussions to identify the optimal approach for developing the required plans. Our engineers and draftsmen then created the office fitout plans, considering staff headcount and any specific client requirements.
Upon approval of the plans, our construction team swiftly executed the office fitout, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and budget. FBT introduced some changes during the process, which our team seamlessly integrated into the original plans. The result was a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing office fitout that left the client very satisfied.
